Last nite i went to Baltimore to see Underoath at rams head live. I had been looking forward to seeing this concert since this tour was released but not to see underoath more or less to see saosin and devil wears prada. I had seen neither live before so i had high expections for both as hearing there shows are always amasing. First saosin dont get me wrong here but they disapointed little movement on stage and not as heavy live as in person but voices did sound pretty amasing, this is all besides the fact i could barley here the lead singer yet i could here the bassit even over him when they sung together. Next devil wears prada was good but yet again didnt live up to the hype i also because there cds are amasing but the stage feel was very good but almost seemed to played you know no just going crazy seemed like here we head bang now i flip my bass and so on and so forth. So up to this point i was kindof like was this really worth 24 dollars and 2 hour drive time plus fighting traffic? This all coming after a awesome show at jaxx with lovehatehero eyes set to kill and before their eyes plus all the local bands. All i had never seen live before besides before their eyes and eyes set to kill has 2 very beautifull girls in the band and she puts the ho in homewrecker by lovehatehero is one of my favorite songs. But boy was i in for a complete suprise with underoath they were better than i could ever could imagine but it shouldnt have. The last time and only time ive seen underoath was at Cornerstone about a month after their last studio album Define the Great Line and that show was one of the best shows ive ever seen. They played 2 of my favorite songs ever and still are today in Some Will Seek Forgiveness, Others Escape and Everyone Looks So Good From Here and to make it better they were back to back and to make it even more better spencer sang with aaron Some Will Seek which to my knowledge has happened only a couple of times live. Last nite was more of the same. I wasnt really sure what to expect from the beeing a smaller venue a none christian event and beeing that so much had happened in the little over 2 years since i had last seen them last both in my life and in the works as a band. They have added a extra set of drums that was used during parts of songs we i thought was a good little touch to do live and the fact of Spencer adding his guitar part to Emergency Broadcast the End is Near was also good. But they have envolled so much since beyond those points alone. Both grant and tim seem to have better stage movement and aaron seems to have actual gotten to be more techinally diffucult on the drums. But really made this a show i will remember is the fact the played Desolate Earth th End is Here and Too Bright to See Too Loud to Here the last two songs on Lost in the Sound of Separation. Both mostly softer songs completely different from the rest of the album and both speak volumes for their christian faith and the struggles they have faced. I really love the last song all though i was disapointed Chris didnt play the key part live but rest was done live, i dont know why i like this song so much whether it be the lyrics ,the keys in the beggining, how is speaks exactly how we all feel sometimes in so little words or just the over all feel of the song. What makes it even better i came to this concert expecting not to see either song live since i had found no live verisons on youtube so when the came on i about peed my pants cause Desolate Earth came first and out of those two songs i mabe thought Too Bright would be played but seriously doubted Desolate would......Enough about the concert because i could ramble on forever about it.
ill leave with the amasing lyrics to Desolate Earth The End is Here by Underoath
You said there was nothing left down here Well I roamed around the wasteland And I swear I found something I found hope, I found God I found the dreams of the believers The dreams of the believers ….Oh God, Save Us All

President
As i was walking in downtown DC sometime between the National Archvices and Nation History Museam i thought came to mind. If Barack Obama or John MCain died tomorrow who would run for the respected parties? Whould it be the Vice President? If so who would be the Vice President to them? Through all my schooling, schooling the contuinues today i have never learned this. No matter what would happen I think it would be cause I huge scare and just completely odd election for it would most likely be lopsided seeing as you havent seen any debates or national touring of the taking over canidate. Anyone have an answer just leave a comment or such.

OU/Texas
i love Oklahoma i mean i lived there most of life esp ou and i think bob stoops is a very good coach but i think the time has come in which they may need a new head coach or a whole clean out of coaches from off cord to def cord. After today i relised that they have no sense of timing or have lost there touch. Now iam not sure exactly when because i watched the game as a fan not to critise either side but about midway through the first quarter to mid second or half ou ran a play where on almost every down esp 1st downs the ran up the line and snapped the ball no second guess no time to react and no time to for texas's defense to adjust. I believe almost everytime ou ran this texas had no way of stopping us and there 2 freshman safeties looked well like freshman safeties and at half ou was leading. This also threw texas's offense into a loop since ou seemed to score at will and since this was the cause they knew they had to match ou score for score. Problem was at this time they had already kicked 2 feild goals so the only way to get back in the game was for ou to screw up. Enter in Ou's coaching staff, after half time when ou had the ball the would run up to the line act like they are going to snap it quickly only for bradford to stop s.tand and look to the ou side line for sometimes 15 seconds waiting to change the call now what the hell would five them the idea that you need to change what is working. You are the offense you dont change to the defense make the defense change to you also if you find something that the defense has no answer for dont change run it down there throat make them stop you. This is why bill belichek is so good he finds the defense weakens and runs what exposes that weakness until the pariots are beating a team 52 to 7. Ou ended up loosing the game to this single fact not to the bad reffing not to turn overs not the defense no beeing able to stop the the little dump down passes in the second half not the offense no beeing able to run at all and this is even with bradford playing extremely good yet again. I hate to say it but bob stoops your time has come either change your style or move on to a new team you wasted to many great teams.
